Salonkhoj allows you to review salons as well as their services. By reviewing, you help make it easy for everyone to find the best salon for services you seek. You can get some health, beauty and styling tips from industry experts through our blog.

You need to go to the app/website and click on "My Orders", you will find all the deals purchased by you. All the deals will have the respective booking and expiry date. You can click on the deal to read the terms and conditions. Show the order code to the merchant to redeem the deal.

Our coupons are issued upon reviewing a salon you've already visited. Please write a review for an existing salon to get a coupon.

Ideally, this would not happen at all. However, in an unlikely occurance of this, we would request you to write back to us if you face such situation to help us take necessary action. Nevertheless, a good service can be rewarded with a smile or tip. Please choose your way.

Our coupons are issued upon reviewing a salon you've already visited. Please ask your friend to write a review for an existing salon to get a coupon.

"My Orders" section under your profile lists down all the deals you have purchased so far. Kindly go through the detailed terms and conditions for each deal before going to the merchant. Please carry a printout of the voucher / coupon to the merchant site.

Please check whether the amount has been deducted from your wallet/card/bank account. If not, please try re-booking the deal. In case the amount has already been deducted and no deal appears in "My Orders" section, please send us the transaction ID along with your email and username to contact-support@salonkhoj.com.

Yes, carrying a printout is MANDATORY to the merchant site for redemption. A merchant may refuse in case a printout is not carried.

"Yes, the deals are for a limited period. Please read the expiry date carefully. All purchased deals have the respective booking and expiry date."

No. Please call the respective merchant and take a prior appointment to avoid any confusion.

Please send us the cancellation request stating the reason for cancellation to contact-support@salonkhoj.com. Please read the cancellation policy to know more about how much you will be refunded.

Once you send us an e-mail for cancellation, we will refund the amount to your wallet or account. Please read the cancellation policy carefully beforehand.
